1. The Service
ReviewPulse is a digital software-as-a-service subscription that helps businesses collect customer feedback, follow up with unhappy customers, and direct satisfied customers to their public review profiles. By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
Founding Member pricing is $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year, billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and interval until canceled. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable and not prorated except where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use & Review Compliance
You agree not to use ReviewPulse to solicit, incentivize, filter, suppress, or gate reviews in any way that violates the policies of Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other review platform, or applicable consumer-protection laws including the U.S. FTC Act. ReviewPulse does not guarantee positive reviews, 5-star ratings, or any specific outcome. Public review links are made available to every customer regardless of their feedback rating.
5. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of customer data and feedback you upload. You grant ReviewPulse a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the customers you import.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ReviewPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewPulse's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. ReviewPulse is not liable for lost profits, lost reviews, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of the service to manipulate reviews. You may close your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
