We collect only the data needed to operate ReviewPulse: account details (name, email, password hash), business information you enter, customer contact data you upload to send feedback requests, feedback responses your customers submit, and basic usage and log data.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to provide the service, send feedback requests on your behalf, generate AI-assisted reply suggestions for recovery tasks, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate service-related updates. We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer feedback data to train third-party AI models.

3. Processors We Use

ReviewPulse relies on the following third-party processors:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. Stripe stores card details; we do not.
• Resend — transactional and feedback-request email delivery.
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI-generated reply suggestions for recovery tasks.

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute- resolution obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@hbreviewpulse.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row- level security on our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. International Transfers

Our processors may store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using ReviewPulse you consent to these transfers.

9. Children

ReviewPulse is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
